Location: Milan, Italy (1 day in office / 4 days remote)

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Experience and interest in research and development projects.
- P.Iva (Partita IVA) is required or willingness to obtain one.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- BSc or equivalent degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subject.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Contribute to research and development initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Work on the full software development life cycle, from concept to deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability.
