Java Backend Developer (Java 17/21, Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to join our team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Reactive Programming (WebFlux), Microservices, and Apache Kafka, with experience building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Required Skills

7+ years of Java development experience.
Expert-level knowledge of Java 17/21 (Records, Sealed Classes, Pattern Matching, Enhanced Switch Expressions).
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
Experience developing Reactive applications using Spring WebFlux & Project Reactor.
Strong expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Event-Driven Architecture).
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Experience participating in code reviews and following clean coding best practices.
