Job Description The Associate Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3. The ideal candidate will have 0-0.6 years of professional experience and will play a key role in feature development, architectural improvements, performance optimization, and the maintenance and support of existing systems..
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and development teams to deliver high-quality, integrated features.
- Participate in requirement analysis, architecture discussions, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
- Review code and enforce clean code principles, best practices, and architectural standards.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, including O365 SMTP for email services and RabbitMQ for messaging.
- Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB for application data storage.

- Support CI/CD processes using tools like Bamboo and Bitbucket.
- Work with S3 for file storage, Cloudflare and Load Balancers for network management.
Requirements
- Degree: BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc IT.
- 0-0.6years of professional software development experience.
- Must have knowledge of AI coding assistants (such as Codex, Claude, etc.) within the IDE editor for development tasks.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot 3
- Good knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs; familiarity with Swagger.
- Strong understanding of backend security, performance tuning, and coding best practices.
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of S3 buckets, Cloudflare, and Load Balancers (LB).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Familiarity with micro services architecture, logging, and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Work Environment:
