Hiring: React Native Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Lead to lead mobile application development initiatives for a growing enterprise team. This role requires both hands-on development expertise and strong technical leadership experience to drive the delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade mobile applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native development
• Experience leading mobile application development teams
• Expertise in building and deploying enterprise-grade mobile applications
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns
• Experience with mobile performance optimization and application lifecycle management
• Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
• Agile/Scrum development experience preferred
Location: Irving, TX (On-site)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Work Authorization: USC and Green Card holders only
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native mobile applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile development teams
• Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, backend teams, QA, and business stakeholders
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Drive application performance improvements, troubleshooting, and optimization initiatives
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making
• Ensure adherence to mobile development best practices and enterprise standards
• Support Agile development processes and sprint-based delivery models
Key Qualifications
• 8–10+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on React Native development expertise
• Proven experience leading mobile development teams
• Experience building and deploying enterprise-scale mobile applications
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance tuning, and application lifecycle management
• Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Important Note
• This is a 100% onsite role in Irving, TX
• No remote or hybrid work arrangements available
• Candidates must be able to relocate and start onsite within 2 weeks if not currently local
