You'll join our in-house engineering team in Rotterdam, working alongside experienced engineers across the full software delivery lifecycle, from writing code to deploying and monitoring it in the cloud.

What you'll do:
Build and enhance apps in Java & Spring Boot
Design, build and consume REST APIs
Write unit tests and support automated testing
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Azure deployments
Debug, investigate and help resolve production issues
Join code reviews, Agile ceremonies & team discussions
Work closely with devs, testers, analysts & cloud specialists
Pick up Trade Finance domain knowledge along the way
What we're looking for:
Recently completed (or finishing) a degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering or related field
Foundation in Java or another OOP language
Solid grasp of OOP, collections, exception handling, data structures
Basic understanding of APIs and web apps
Familiarity with Git
Genuine curiosity about cloud tech and modern engineering practices
A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions
Bonus points for: Spring Boot, Maven, SQL, JUnit, Azure (or any cloud), Docker, Kubernetes, Python, CI/CD tools, microservices, or Agile/DevOps experience
