Job Description
We are looking for a new junior colleague to join our Software Development team in Spain and contribute to an exciting project focused on e-commerce and ticketing platform solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development within the e-commerce and ticketing platform space, while providing the exposure and learning opportunities needed to grow your technical expertise and career.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
- Integrate and support connections with ERPs, CRMs, payment gateways, and other third-party systems.
- Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, and implement effective solutions independently.
- Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate progress, issues, and solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in software development with Python.
- Knowledge of Python and Django framework.
- Experience integrating ERPs, CRMs, and payment gateways.
- Basic notions of frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Autonomous problem-solving, structured communication.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Additional Information
Nice-to-have:
- Postgraduate Education: Master’s degree in software engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent postgrad specialization.
- AI Specialization: Specific training or courses in Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering.
