Lead Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside a team of top engineers, architects, and product managers to develop a high-performance and scalable platform
- Utilize advanced technologies from the stack of a leading tech company
- Design and propose architectural solutions for the components you are responsible for delivering
- Dedicate your time to development tasks in a low-meeting environment
- Drive the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of robust software solutions
Requirements :
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer
- At least one year of experience in leading and managing development teams
- Practical experience with Atlassian Jira for managing tasks and projects
- Expertise in JUnit for unit testing and Mockito for creating mock objects in Java
- Strong understanding of SQL for managing and querying databases
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript
- Knowledge of Guice for dependency injection and Protocol Buffers for data serialization
- Understanding of the Guava library and its capabilities for Java development
