Core Java Developer (Kafka & Fixed Income Capital Markets)

We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in Kafka and Fixed Income Capital Markets. In this role, you will develop and maintain applications that support trading, pricing, and processing of fixed income products such as bonds and securities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Java-based applications.
- Build and maintain real-time data processing solutions using Kafka.
- Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements.
- Develop and enhance systems used in fixed income trading and operations.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java development.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and messaging systems.
- Understanding of Fixed Income products and Capital Markets.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of financial trading platforms and market data systems.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
