The client is seeking a hybrid Mainframe Developer who possesses deep expertise in legacy COBOL environments (CICS, JCL, TSO/ISPF) alongside AI ML
Experience with AI/ML (GIT/Bitbucket) tools is required to help automate and modernize documentation, signaling a need for someone who can bridge traditional mainframe systems with emerging AI-driven practices.
They require experience with cloud technologies (AWS), Agile/Scrum, DevOps with continuous integration, and working knowledge of web services (RESTful/SOA).
Experience with Java and Spring ecosystem skills (Core, Boot, MVC, Integration) for building and testing modern applications will be a huge plus.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a healthcare core systems background, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
