Job Overview
As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory through the efficient movement of materials. You will identify, document, and manage incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring our customers receive their materials on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, package, and ship items to prevent damage during transit.
- Report and communicate shipment statuses with management.
- Perform safety inspections and internal audits of parts, systems, and processes.
- Identify and locate parts within the warehouse and branch facility, tracking movement effectively.
- Count inventory and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop bills of lading and delivery forms.
- Sort inbound and outbound materials to the appropriate fixture.
- Prepare picking fixtures to support the picking process.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- One (1) or more years of general working experience in a related area or a High School Diploma/GED.
Preferences
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Experience working in a high-volume warehouse with automated systems.
- Ability to obtain a Forklift Certification.
- Knowledge and ability to use Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
