Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being a key part of a team? Serigraph is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our production and warehouse operations. In this role, you'll help keep materials and products moving efficiently throughout our facility while ensuring shipments are prepared accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

    As a Material Handler, you will:

  • Transport materials and products between staging areas and production locations using pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, including floor-loading trailers for drop-ship packages.
  • Ensure materials and finished products are staged and prepared for daily shipments.
  • Read and understand work orders, tickets, and routings to deliver materials to the correct locations.
  • Prioritize warehouse space and material flow during high-volume production periods.
  • Prepare and secure products for transportation between plants and to customers.
  • Identify and report discrepancies with incoming materials.
  • Communicate material, supply, and production needs with team members and other departments.
  • Follow all forklift safety procedures and maintain equipment in safe operating condition.
  • Support quality standards and company procedures, including the use of SPECS.
  • Promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Support environmental initiatives by reducing waste, conserving energy, recycling materials, and following all environmental policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Note: This position includes forklift operation but is not an all-day forklift driving role.

  • Previous material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
