Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry and analysis across multiple systems, including SAP, Matreq, Packtrack, Hotrec, Resolve, Workday, Shipdoc, Ariba, and OJTCERT.
Support semiconductor manufacturing operations through effective materials management and operational support.
Monitor, track, and document shift-level workloads and project completion to ensure accountability and visibility.
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supervisors, Purchasing, IT, Facilities, and internal customers, to resolve issues and complete tasks.
Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance departmental performance and efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse and materials management operations.
Contribute to system enhancement projects that improve operational effectiveness and data accuracy.
Represent the department on cross-functional teams, supporting broader organizational and operational objectives.
Promote and uphold safety standards and quality expectations in all daily activities and processes.
Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices in warehouse materials management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Demonstrated ability to follow area procedures safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferences:
Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
Familiarity with Micron systems and tools (SAP, Ariba, etc.).
Proven adaptability to change and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
