Material Handler I | Keep Production Moving, Inventory Accurate, and Operations Running Smoothly
Monday - Friday : 7AM -4 PM

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler who will play a critical role in ensuring materials, inventory, and products are available where and when they're needed to support manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a team environment, and contributing directly to production success.

As a Material Handler, you'll be a key link between inventory, production, shipping, and receiving. Your work directly impacts manufacturing efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer deliveries. What You'll Be Doing
Inventory Management & Production Support
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Issue materials to production teams to support manufacturing schedules.
Create and stage production kits for assembly lines.
Ensure materials are properly identified, organized, and stored.
Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
Notify leadership of inventory discrepancies or shortages.
Warehouse Operations
Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments.
Load outbound shipments safely and accurately.
Perform material put-away activities following established procedures.
Organize warehouse and storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Move and transport materials throughout the facility using material handling equipment.
Inventory Control
Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
Reconcile inventory variances and maintain inventory accuracy.
Perform inventory transactions within company systems.
Assist with Purchase Order receiving and inventory documentation.
Shipping & Logistics Support
Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Support scheduling of outbound production shipments and carrier pickups.
Assist shipping and receiving functions as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
Support production teams during periods of increased demand.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within warehouse and material flow operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2+ years of Material Handler, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, or related experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to accurately complete inventory and system transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift experience.
Experience operating pallet jacks and walkie-stackers.
Experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
Shipping and receiving experience.

Physical Requirements
Regular walking throughout the facility.
Frequent standing for extended periods.
Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and lifting.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing 10–50 pounds regularly.
Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing more than 100 pounds with assistance or approved equipment.
Ability to safely operate warehouse material-handling equipment.
Work Environment
Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Regular interaction with production, inventory, shipping, and receiving teams.
Standard schedule of 40 hours per week with occasional overtime based on business needs.
Exposure to typical warehouse and manufacturing conditions, including moving equipment and material handling activities.
