Material Handler 1st Shift
Location: Worksite address, with potential for occasional local travel within the region.

Job Summary: As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient movement and organization of materials and goods. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of materials and supplies
- Accurately sort, organize, and store materials in designated areas
- Fulfill orders by locating, selecting, and preparing materials for delivery
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts, in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse environment is preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Working Conditions: This is a 1st shift position, with working hours typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse setting, with some physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and frequent walking.
