Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Forecast demand for products & materials

  • Develop and implement inventory management plans

  • Managing product lines, regions independently and successfully

  • Leads projects within department independently and successfully

  • Effectively influencing others without authority

  • Facilitate resolution of opposing ideas or objectives

  • Effectively build and manage strategic working relationships

Qualification & Competencies:

  • BS/BSE level degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline

  • Preferred 1 year experience and/or previous relevant working experience through internships.

  • Competence in manufacturing processes

  • Basic Project Management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes as it relates to the supply chain.

  • Good computer skills related to ERP technologies.

  • Develops expertise in the required disciplines (i.e. Excel, Oracle, Agile, APS, Rapid Response (RR), Kinaxis, etc.)

  • Ability to work positively with the supply base and potentially multiple organizations internally to NI to drive collaborative supply chain solutions.

  • Demonstrated problem solving, ability to learn new technologies and processes as it relates to the supply chain. Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Creates a continuous learning and developing environment to get the most efficient and effective total work systems.
