Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to join a market-leading manufacturer where you'll work on innovative products from concept through to production, receive specialist training, and have a genuine pathway into senior engineering and leadership positions?
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected engineering team where you will be given the freedom to develop new products, influence designs, and work on exciting projects from initial concept through to final manufacture within a fully integrated in-house facility.

With all manufacturing, prototyping, testing and production completed in-house, you'll gain exposure to the entire product lifecycle whilst working alongside some of the most experienced engineers in the industry.
This is a high-profile role within the engineering team where you'll work closely with design, manufacturing, R&D and production departments to develop premium engineered products whilst continuously expanding your technical skillset.
The Role:
• Design and develop innovative mechanical products from concept through to production
• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Work closely with the R&D team on new product development projects
• Develop and test prototypes, validating designs before manufacture
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimise designs for manufacture
The Person:
• Manufacturing hands-on engineering experience
• Experience using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
• Experience with 3D design, product development or mechanical systems
• Commutable to Miami or willing to relocate
