Mid Cloud Developer – Huntsville, AL
Full Visibility is seeking a Mid CloudDeveloper to work in Huntsville, AL. Candidate must possess an active TopSecret/SCI Eligible clearance.
The Mid Cloud Developer will be responsible for developing the cloudservice delivery models and architectural framework to enable platform as aservice (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service(SaaS), and data as a service (DaaS). The candidate will possess the ability toimplement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices and theability to analyze applications and make recommendations across multiple areasthat identify what platforms can move, migrate, and/or be deployed into a cloudenvironment. The successful candidate will be capable of providing strategiesfor failure/recovery, cost optimization and benefit analyses of cloud, cloudagnostic, and on-site premise services. The CloudDeveloper will be responsible for developing and implementingcloud-applications, migrating existing on-premises applications to the cloud,debugging cloud stacks, managing policies for the use of cloud services,requests for new technology, establishing a secure cloud environment, and ensuringappropriate availability/uptime design. The ideal candidate will workindependently designing and developing new software products or majorenhancements to existing cloud software.
Requirements
• Active Top SecretClearance/SCI Eligibility; This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degreein computer science or related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years ofexperience • At least five (5+) years of Cloud Developing experience • AWS, DataEngineer, Java, Python, Scala, and Databricks experience • Ability toarchitect and migrate on-premises applications into a cloud platform • Experience usingactive learning and analytical thinking in a collaborative, cross-functionalteam
This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. A reasonable salary range for this position is $133K to $149K.
