In this role you will build and evolve cloud-native enterprise backend services using C# and .NET, contributing hands-on in a cross-functional agile team. You drive scalable, reliable software and engage in solution design while mentoring others as you progress toward technical leadership. The position combines backend focus with optional full-stack work and emphasizes quality, collaboration, and continuous learning in a global, balanced environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Contribute to frontend development when relevant (full-stack experience is a plus, not required)
• Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit and integration tests

• Participate in solution design discussions with hands-on input
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across applications, databases, and distributed systems
• Own features end-to-end from development through deployment and support

• Support and mentor junior developers through day-to-day collaboration
• Contribute to technical improvements with focus on performance, scalability, and code quality

Responsabilidades
• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using C# and modern .NET (preferably .NET Core)
• Relational databases experience (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) including data modelling and performance tuning
• Experience with cloud platforms xqbhyrx (preferably AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and maintainable code practices
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Good communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally
