* REST API design with OpenAPI/Swagger
* AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, Secrets Manager
* CloudFormation / infrastructure-as-code
* Jest unit testing, able to sustain a 100% coverage gate
* Git feature-branch + pull-request workflow with CI gates
* Preferred
* Authoring/versioning internal npm packages against a plugin interface
* Playwright E2E, Stryker mutation testing
* Feature flags (Gatekeeper or similar)
* OpenTelemetry / distributed tracing, Honeycomb, Splunk
* Fastify, Redis, JWT auth
* Brokerage domain: order routing, trade execution, cost basis
* Prior Vanguard experience, Dexter tooling s
