As an Operations Support - Learning & Technical, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of Tow Truck Operators (TTOs) and operational staff. Your expertise will guide them through their training journey, ensuring they are not only proficient but also champions of our safety and compliance standards. This is a hands-on position that requires a passion for mentoring and a keen understanding of operational excellence.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is not just a trainer, but a motivator and a guide. Your ability to connect with individuals and inspire them will be key to their success. You should be adaptable, resourceful, and ready to face challenges head-on.
- Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Hold a valid heavy vehicle driver’s licence.
- Bring relevant heavy vehicle transport experience to the table.
- Previous training experience is a plus.
