Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 to support a large-scale statewide education data system.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Jasper Reports, Unit Testing, and Agile development. This role will focus on database development, reporting, data analysis, bug resolution, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications.
Required Skills:

8+ years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development

8+ years of Unit Testing experience

8+ years of Agile development experience

5+ years of Jasper Reports Development

Strong Stored Procedure development experience

Strong database development and support experience

Experience with data aggregation and analysis

Experience working within SDLC processes

Strong technical documentation skills
Preferred Skills:

5+ years of JIRA experience

5+ years of Bitbucket experience

Experience supporting large-scale data/reporting applications

Design, develop, and support Oracle SQL/PLSQL solutions
