Help Create Industry-Leading Marine & Powersports Covers

Are you someone who enjoys solving fit challenges and turning concepts into real-world products? We're looking for a talented Pattern Maker to join our team and help develop high-quality covers for boats and powersports vehicles used throughout North America.

In this role, you'll work directly with product development and manufacturing teams to design, refine, and maintain patterns for innovative marine and powersports cover systems. Your work will have a direct impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing efficiency.

Create production-ready patterns for marine and powersports covers.

Develop prototypes and evaluate fit, function, and appearance.

Collaborate with engineering, sewing, cutting, and production teams.

Improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Support new product launches and model-year updates.

Experience with pattern making, templating, or sewn-product development.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

CAD experience is a plus.

Experience with marine, automotive, upholstery, or industrial fabrics is highly desirable.

Ability to problem solve and thrive in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
