In this role you will help build and scale the Kubernetes-based compute platform on AWS, driving reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. You will lead cross-team initiatives and act as a technical reference in the Infrastructure domain, shaping platform strategies around Kubernetes, GitOps, and CI/CD. You collaborate with platform and product engineers to propagate best practices and accelerate engineering velocity. This is a chance to impact how Glovo’s infrastructure supports millions of users and merchants, with a focus on resilience and cost efficiency.

• Iterate GitOps workflows with Argo CD and Argo Rollouts for safe deployments
• Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Troubleshoot distributed systems, service discovery, and observability
• Own critical compute and networking infrastructure to ensure performance and availability
• Develop internal tooling and automation in Go and Python
• Collaborate with platform and product teams to share best practices

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of relevant infrastructure experience
• Kubernetes internals, observability, and cloud-native architecture (EKS a plus)
• Golang and/or Python programming
• Hands-on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) and Terraform
• Understanding xqbhyrx of GitOps and tooling (Argo CD, Argo Rollouts)
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions)
• Basic networking and security knowledge (VPCs, DNS, ingress, TLS)
• Strong collaboration across teams and analytical troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
