Role Details
- Experience: 5 – 8 Years
- Location: Bengaluru / Pune (Hybrid)
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (Project ongoing)
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of tasks and execute them autonomously from day one.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle to PostgreSQL database and cloud migrations.
- Collaborate with and mentor junior developers , helping them unblock technical hurdles.
- Work in a fast-paced environment on a high-priority, live project.
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Have: Extensive, hands-on experience in migrating databases from Oracle to PostgreSQL and Cloud (this is essential—we need deep migration expertise over pure coding).
- Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and cloud deployment.
- Ability to work effectively in a 50% hybrid model .
