Key Responsibilities
Lead productivity improvement initiatives across laboratory operations.
Identify bottlenecks impacting equipment utilization and operational efficiency.
Develop laboratory productivity KPIs and performance dashboards.
Analyze different metrics like lab utilization time, particle performance etc
Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean methodologies.
Standardize operational workflows across laboratories.
Develop efficient operating procedures and best practices.
Support implementation of digital workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Consumables / Logistics management
Provide timely updates for lab operations milestones / critical updates
Drive implementation of productivity tools and workflow automation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational tracking activities.
Partner with IT teams to deploy operational systems and dashboards.
Leverage Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-based productivity solutions.
Lead cross-functional operational improvement projects.
Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Track benefits realization and productivity gains.
Support strategic planning and operational readiness programs.
Create standard work procedures.
Develop operational playbooks.
Maintain process documentation and training materials.
Support certification and competency development programs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
Industrial Engineering
Operations Management

3-6 years of experience in:
