A Leavitt Group affiliate, Leavitt Select in Rexburg, ID, is seeking a Processor to join its busy Crop & Agriculture Department. This role is responsible for processing insurance policies and requires strong computer skills and prior customer service experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately maintain customer information in the agency management system.
Communicate with customers and company personnel by phone, in person, and through written correspondence.
Issue appropriate insurance verification documents, including auto ID cards, certificates, and related materials.
Assist with premium collection and account reconciliation as needed.
Support the Operations Manager with monthly reports as needed.
Provide product, coverage, and rate information to agency personnel as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain a license within 90 days.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong clerical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
