Duties
Helps
Evaluates, processes, or makes recommendations for effective organizational changes to better meet program needs.
Tracks facility level dashboards regarding pain management, opioid safety, and PDMP, including key parameters such as access, productivity, workload, and staffing.
Represents Pain Management/PMOP at meetings requiring administrative or technical input.
Develops recommendations for improvements in program operations to promote effective and efficient growth of the Pain Management Team.
Performs program analysis that involves collection, tracking, compilation, and trending of statistical information in support of the Pain Medicine programs and services.
Supports access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic interventional pain care and integrative health modalities.
Coordinates event planning, arrangement of presenters/speakers, venue coordination, supports Veteran outreach events, women's health initiatives and other events related to PM&R and the PMOP program for Veterans.
Develops organizational strategies or studies to identify opportunities to improve PMOP Programs, customer service, and efficiency processes.
Uses a wide range of communications technology to support the implementation of Pain Medicine Service programs through personal computers, video-conferencing, distance.
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, subject to change based on the needs of the facility.
