Employee Wellbeing Program Manager

Primary Skills: MS Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint (advanced), Project Management (advanced), Event Coordination (intermediate), HR Systems (intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 9+ Months with possible extension Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $40-$45/hr. on W2

This role focuses on executing global initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and manage benefits programs throughout the year. You will collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to ensure successful program delivery and communication. A key aspect involves analyzing data to identify improvements and maintain program documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute year-round events supporting wellbeing and benefits strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on program engagement and activities.
  • Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain all program-related documentation and collateral.
  • Manage and resolve escalated policy interpretation requests.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Project leadership from concept to completion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication across diverse teams.
