We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including data management, metrics and reporting. The successful candidate should be dependable, punctual, and demonstrate attention to detail. They should be a team-oriented person who can collaborate well with others, provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues and ensuring a positive overall experience. (both in person and on the phone) As needed, the candidate will participate in community events and meetings to engage the public and increase awareness of organizational programs and services.

• Serve as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners. This role is responsible for coordinating customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring timely communication, and supporting daily service operations to maintain high customer satisfaction

• Provide in person outreach at community events
• Demonstrate attention to detail

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

• 2-4 years' experience
• Associate's degree preferred
