ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Planning and Execution: Lead the development, planning, and execution of multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, risk management strategies, and resource allocation.


Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication and expectations. Conduct periodic Business Review with assigned customers, lead and participate in meetings, foster strong, long-term relationships, and oversee contract negotiation and management, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.


Budget and Financial Management

Manage sales budget for the site or assigned customers, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and profitability analysis. Drive cost‑saving initiatives and value engineering efforts to optimize project profitability.


Quality Assurance

Ensure that all projects meet or exceed customer quality expectations and comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any non-conformities and implement corrective actions as necessary.


Leadership and Team Management

Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project execution.


Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interfacing with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.


Problem‑Solving Ability

Aptitude for identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions in a fast‑paced environment.


Customer‑Focused

Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain long‑term relationships.
