Program Planning and Execution: Lead the development, planning, and execution of multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, risk management strategies, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication and expectations. Conduct periodic Business Review with assigned customers, lead and participate in meetings, foster strong, long-term relationships, and oversee contract negotiation and management, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
Manage sales budget for the site or assigned customers, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and profitability analysis. Drive cost‑saving initiatives and value engineering efforts to optimize project profitability.
Ensure that all projects meet or exceed customer quality expectations and comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any non-conformities and implement corrective actions as necessary.
