Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular system software upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.
- Execute essential IT administrative tasks, including periodic Disaster Recovery Drills and scheduled backend job operations.
- Analyze new user requirements and implement change requests (CRs) effectively.
- Provide daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous technical support to end-users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, operational procedures, and change logs.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in system application
- Hands on experience in Java / J2EE
- Good command in verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English
