Business Operations Program Manager
We are seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to be the engine behind our team's day-to-day operations. This role is an opportunity to help an engineering and research team be successful and shape the experience of our employees. Reporting to the site Engineering Lead, the Business Operations Program Manager collaborates with local site teams, human resources, recruiting, finance, communications, and legal affairs to deliver programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering Site Leader in maintaining a rhythm of the business that drives execution of core business priorities.
- Support and participate in strategic initiatives or cross-group projects, creating and implementing plans and developing success metrics.
- Partner with corporate communications and local teams to deliver on internal and external communication strategies.
- Partner with leaders and other teams to shape and influence a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture.
- Deliver on programs in support of strategic initiatives for engaging communities and ecosystems in the region.
- Maintain relationships with peers outside the team to ensure strong cross-group collaboration.
- Partner with the Finance team and business managers to support financial planning and budgeting, including expense reporting and tracking.
- Plan and execute meetings, events, offsites, and partnerships.
- Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and confidentiality in all communications.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7-9 overall years of experience in the field. Experience working in a large company environment is required.

- Strong partnership, communication, execution, and organization skills.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional influence and collaboration skills to achieve results across a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to work independently without significant oversight to achieve results with accuracy and attention to detail under deadline pressure.
Education: A degree is considered a preference rather than a requirement. Focus will be on the candidate's experience.
