Job Description:
Coordinate agile project planning activities using Jira to define scope, prioritize backlog items, and maintain transparent schedules that support predictable and high quality delivery outcomes.
Manage cross functional collaboration among engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure that every work item in GITHUB and Jira aligns to defined business objectives and customer value.
Oversee hybrid work model routines by organizing structured ceremonies, clear communication channels, and outcome focused checkpoints that maintain alignment across onsite and remote team members.
Monitor key performance indicators using Splunk dashboards to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and anomalies that inform proactive decision making and continuous service improvement.
Apply cryptography knowledge when reviewing solution designs and documentation to confirm that data protection, key management, and encryption practices meet organizational standards.
Coordinate artificial intelligence related initiatives by defining business use cases, clarifying data needs, and tracking model deployment activities to ensure responsible and measurable outcomes.
Govern agile requirements management practices by facilitating clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability from business needs to implemented technical features.
Produce structured technical writing artifacts that include functional specifications, operating procedures, and user guides that simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholder groups.
Administer security management expectations across projects by tracking remediation actions, aligning work with policy requirements, and ensuring that security considerations are integrated into every delivery phase.
Guide day to day project management tasks such as risk tracking, issue resolution, resource coordination, and dependency management to keep work streams synchronized and within agreed timelines.
Coordinate stakeholder communications through status reports, review sessions, and actionable summaries that surface insights from Jira, Splunk, and other tools without exposing sensitive details.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by consolidating effort estimates, tracking actuals, and identifying optimization opportunities that improve value realization for the organization and society.
Promote continuous improvement by analyzing retrospectives, process metrics, and feedback to recommend changes that enhance agility, reliability, and security in technology delivery.
