Project/Program Manager - Project/Program Manager II

This role is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. The Project/Program Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress. This position involves preparing reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects and programs.
• Oversee all project aspects from inception to completion.
• Set project deadlines and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor and summarize the progress of projects and programs.
• Prepare and present status reports to upper management.
• Lead and direct the work of others on the project team.
• Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Perform a variety of project-related tasks.

Required Qualifications

Citizenship: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.

Experience: 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required.

Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
