Role: Python Developer / AI Engineer
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in a week)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer / AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills along with hands-on experience building and integrating AI/ML solutions, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable backend applications and services using Python.
Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
Develop and integrate AI/ML models and Generative AI solutions.
Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
Build data processing and automation pipelines.
Integrate AI applications with databases, enterprise systems, and third-party APIs.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Python development.
Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, or AI agents.
Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
Experience with Git and CI/CD.
Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.
Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, ECS, or Bedrock.
Experience building production-grade AI applications.
