5+ years building enterprise-scale applications with Python 3.12+ and FastAPI, focusing on high-performance asynchronous backends.Must have strong Python programming concepts and hands on experience in application development.Develop high-throughput APIs using FastAPI or Django, focusing on performance. Implement advanced security protocols (OAuth2) and ensure data protection at rest & in transitExperience with Microservices or Modular Monoliths and Event-Driven architecture (Kafka)Write and optimize schemas for relational databases (Oracle). Manage solutions for high-velocity data.Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and security using PytestDemonstrate practical proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and various container-based architectures.Experience implementing LLM-powered features using Model Context Protocol, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, or data analytics libraries (Pandas/NumPy) is a plus.Ability to effectively interact, collaborate with the global development team.Investigate possible bug scenarios and production support issues.Work in an Agile environment, participating in code reviews and system design sessions.Experience developing applications in the Financial Services industry is preferred
