You've built backend systems at real scale before — you know what breaks under load and how to design around it early. You make the call on a fuzzy problem, defend it, and adjust as you go, with an entrepreneurial streak that thrives on building something from scratch. You want a direct line to the people using what you build and you judge your work the way they do: by whether it actually moves the metric.

We shape what gets built and talk to our users directly — code quality matters, but the real impact we make for our customers matters more.
