QUALIFICATIONS
1. Excellent communication skill and fluent in Speaking and writing English.
2. 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance testing with Strong Knowledge of QA Process and methodologies
3. Experience in working with offshore team and adapt to urgent changes to handle offshore concerns.
4. A fast learner who can adapt and learn new technologies and process change.
5. Attend daily scrum and other agile ceremonies proactively.
6. 4 years of experience in Functional, Backend, regression, E2E, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and ad hoc testing.
7. Conduct root cause analysis for issues and work closely with the development team to fix them
8. Develop and maintain test cases, strategies, and plans
9. Minimum 3-year Experience in Octane/ ALM, JIRA, SQL developer, Excel, Word, PPT
10. Hands on Experience any three of the following: Offset explorer/Kafka, Mongo Db, SQL Developer, Oracle SQL, Postman, Soap UI, putty, Splunk, AS Grid, TIBCO application, PG Admin (Post Gre).
12. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring the highest level of quality in software products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.
2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
3. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
4. Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution.
5. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
6. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing
7. Attend daily stand up and other agile ceremonies
8. Execute test cases and able to switch and work on multiple projects in a day.
9. Clearly communicate and explain defect details, test scenarios to developer, QA lead and leadership.
10. Debug root cause before logging defects.
11. Send daily status report and attend meetings throughout the work shift.
12. Work in US EST time shift. (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM CST)
