The mission of Enterprise Sustainment Quality (ESQ) Customer Integration is to support implementation of a quality management system that guarantees the quality of the Sustainment products and services; establish clear alignment to Sustainment Operations partners; drive continuous process improvement; drive efficiency through standardization; continue growth of root cause corrective action as a skill set
These objectives are attained by empowered teammates who enable consistent application of standard processes and procedures to reduce cost, while engaging counterparts in the exciting Sustainment business area. All the while, the team ensures continuous and open communication with both internal and external customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to develop presentations and present to senior-level management
- Ability to audit process and procedures, drive corrective measures, and assure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Contribute to developing process performance metrics
- Willingness to explore new stakeholder relationships and develop mutually beneficial solutions
- Motivation to operate within a Culture of Accountability
- Engages with immediate team members and some external contacts
- Must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills
- Experience in developing BOEs
- Experience in any of the following disciplines: Program Management, Engineering, Sustainment, Supply Chain, and Contracting
- Experience activating field support sites
- Advanced user experience in metric development, database, and workflow tools
- Green Belt certification
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
