In this role you drive research and engineering to demonstrate quantum advantage using superconducting hardware and HPС integration. You will design and optimize quantum algorithms, validate performance, and deliver production-ready software across the IBM Quantum stack. You collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate breakthroughs into practical demonstrations and peer‑reviewed results. You lead high-visibility quantum technology demos and advocate for user needs across academia and industry. Responsabilidades
• MSc in Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years hands-on quantum computing experience with near-term algorithms on quantum hardware
• Excellent Python, Qiskit, and IBM Quantum software stack programming skills
• Deep understanding of quantum computing architecture (software, middleware, hardware)
• Excellent communication, presentation, xqbhyrx and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience analyzing, modeling, and tuning quantum hardware performance (transpilation, error suppression, mitigation)
• Experience in academic and/or industry research with publications
• Ability to operate at a strategic level, translating ambiguous goals into actionable plans
• Demonstrated collaboration across teams (product, sales) and external partnerships
• Experience with external/interdisciplinary research collaborations
• Customer-facing and/or client support experience
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Rust are a plus
