About Edicon and Zebra: We operate in interior design, construction, and architecture, with teams across Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Our Mexico City office hosts both entities on the same floor; our Global IT team is based in Dubai.
We’re hiring a regional face of IT in Mexico City to keep service consistent across North America.
About the role
This is a hands‑on regional role, end‑user support, Windows 11 endpoint deployments, Autodesk (Revit, AutoCAD LT) installation and licensing, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, vendor coordination, and regional projects. You’ll report to the IT Director (Dubai) with day‑to‑day priorities guided by stakeholders in the regional offices.
The culture is collaborative across Edicon, Zebra, and the Dubai Global IT team – one team, not siloed by office.
Key responsibilities
- End‑user support and incident management (Level 1–2, remote and onsite)
- Windows 11 endpoint setup, deployments, and asset lifecycle
- Autodesk installation and licensing support (Revit, AutoCAD LT)
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) support
- Vendor coordination, procurement, and local services
- Regional projects, rollouts, and continuous improvement
- Network and security collaboration with Global IT (Dubai)
What we’re looking for
- English and Spanish, written and verbal
- 2–5 years in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Engineer roles
- Strong Windows 11 support and endpoint deployment experience
- Microsoft 365 support and Entra ID (Azure AD) troubleshooting
- Autodesk installation/licensing experience (Revit, AutoCAD LT) – or a track record of picking up comparable specialist stacks
- Strong service mindset, stakeholder communication, and ownership
- Comfortable coordinating vendors and supporting deployments and projects
- Willing to travel 2–5 times per year, primarily US
