We are seeking a highly motivated Senior JavaScript Developer with expertise in React to join our team.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of a centralized AI Assistant service and play a key role in creating a Generative AI Platform through a shared AI skill creation framework. You will work on innovative projects that push boundaries and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions that meet user needs and business requirements
- Test and validate software to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues to improve software quality and user experience
- Collaborate as an integral member of a small engineering team to build and support SaaS products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Customer Service, and Design, to align development efforts with organizational goals
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of engineering practices and workflows
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development
- Proficient in JavaScript, with a strong understanding of async/await, Promises, and array/object methods
- Hands-on experience with modern client-side JavaScript frameworks, particularly React (experience with Vue or Angular is also valuable)
- Basic experience with server-side development, including creating and working with APIs
- Skilled in backend development, including Node.js and API integration
- Proven experience in building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, provide task estimates, and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma for UI/UX collaboration
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend and full-stack development
- Knowledge of UX design principles and practices
- Experience working with databases and performing database-related tasks
- Ability to conduct self-sufficient testing without reliance on a QA team
