We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects, driving the development of innovative solutions that meet business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices are followed.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software solutions using Python, C++, and C#, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to co-create solutions, building trusted relationships through passion and curiosity
- Continuously explore customer needs, leveraging feedback and data to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
- Facilitate discussions and debates to ensure diverse viewpoints contribute to the best possible solutions, while maintaining a focus on results and accountability

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software
- Strong front-end development skills, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies, including LLMs, AI solutions, and agentic systems, with a solid understanding of deep learning concepts
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, XMLSpy, SNYK (or other static code analysis tools), JFrog, and Microsoft.TestPlatform NuGet for code coverage reporting
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, with experience in participating in Agile/Scrum team activities like daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand existing code and solve issues using established best practices and standards
- Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B1 or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
