What you'd work on
The focus is on heavy-duty backend engineering and high-throughput systems:
- Architecting and scaling high-load web applications and microservices
- Writing clean, testable code in Python (Django) while exploring secondary high-performance backend languages for critical services
- Leveraging AI dev tools and modern workflows in your day-to-day coding
- Defining project structures, system design, and technical roadmaps alongside the team
- Keeping systems reliable with modern CI/CD, observability tools, and cloud infrastructure
You’ll have a lot of influence on technical choices, balancing high standards with practical business value.
