- Lead architecture and full-stack development of production AI-powered customer experience applications using Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, Azure, and Databricks.
- Design scalable backend services, REST APIs, data models, distributed systems, and data pipelines using PostgreSQL, Redis, Spark, Delta Lake, and SQL.
- Build and integrate Azure OpenAI, RAG, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, LangGraph/LlamaIndex, MCP, and LLM evaluation capabilities into production applications.
- Own cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD, security, observability, reliability, and deployments using Azure, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, GitLab CI, OpenTelemetry, and Azure Monitor.
- Drive technical design decisions, evaluate architectural trade-offs, conduct code/design reviews, mentor engineers, and own solutions from loosely defined requirements through production delivery and support.
