Work is HYBRID in St. Louis, MO (4 days onsite/1 WFH).

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and support enterprise Java applications for mobile-based platforms
Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices and distributed application architectures
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop scalable, high-performance APIs and backend services
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Work with Oracle and MongoDB databases to support application functionality and performance
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions
Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and modern development practices
Required Qualifications:
6-8 years of Java development experience
Strong hands-on experience with: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Spring UI, Java 8, MongoDB
Experience working with Oracle databases
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and enterprise application development
Experience developing scalable, high-availability applications
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Mobile application development support experience
Experience with distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
Knowledge of concurrency, performance optimization, and multithreaded processing
Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions
