The Work You'll Do :
The Software Engineer can leverage technology to solve difficult problems at scale, taking into consideration aspects like security, performance, reliability and maintainability. This role challenges the individual to adapt quickly and work effectively as a team leader, sharing technical knowledge and leading the team to build and deploy high quality software that satisfies our customers.

More specifically, you will :
- Competent in SDLC and active participant in all major activities
- Development skills using TDD and CI practices
- Collaborate in a cross-functional Agile Team.
- Participate in planning meetings, estimate tasks, do code review and code in pairs.
- Seize opportunities to improve processes, standards and practices
- Mentor less experienced members of our team
- Take part in an active culture of learning by exploring new technologies, participating in knowledge shares, attending conferences, and collaborating with local developer bootcamps
- Implement backend business logic using Java 8 or above
- Advanced English skills (Writing, Reading, Speaking)
_What We Need From You:_
- 5+ years of successfully working in a team-oriented development organization
- Expertise in the following technologies and frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot Java EE / Jakarta EE
- In Memory data structure and caching mechanisms like Redis, Hazelcast
- Experience in messaging software such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Experience in development practices such as refactoring, pair programming, TDD(Test Driven Development)
- Experience in Continuous Delivery and build pipelines.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Preferably experienced in distributed architecture with fault tolerancy and loose coupling.
- Containerization(Docker, Kubernetes) is a big plus.
- Experience on NoSQL databases like ElasticSearch, MongoDB is a plus
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical documentation and verbal/written communication skills
