Develops and improves software, provides technical leadership to development teams, supports user documentation, and delivers low-code/no-code process-automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve software problems and implement improvements and enhancements
  • Lead projects and direct or review other developers' work
  • Participate in development of software user manuals
  • Build APIs and BPMN-based application/process automation
  • Develop in agile and hybrid low-code environments using tools such as Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex with SQL Server and .NET

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Clearance Requirements: IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3), required at proposal submission
  • Certification Requirements:
    • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
    • Duty-based. Required before starting work if performing IA functions or privileged system-administration duties; exact category is not specified.
  • Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role:
    • API experience supporting low-code/no-code platforms
    • Experience with BPMN tools and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)-based process automation
    • Experience with Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, or similar tools; Microsoft SQL Server and .NET
    • Agile and hybrid low-code development experience
    • Relevant nationally recognized technical certification

Desired/Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and the Microsoft .NET development environment.
  • Experience developing cloud-hosted applications in AWS or comparable environments.
  • Experience implementing or integrating AI/ML models within business applications.
  • Experience supporting supervised or unsupervised machine-learning, generative-AI, AIOps, or predictive-analytics use cases.
  • Experience integrating applications with data sources, infrastructure logs, application logs, and transaction data.
  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or comparable API-management tools.
  • Experience developing Section 508-compliant web applications, user interfaces, and dashboards.
  • Experience with CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code pipelines.
  • Experience performing unit, integration, regression, performance, security, and automated testing.
  • Experience producing source-code documentation and controlled software-release packages.
  • Experience debugging production applications and implementing patches, hot fixes, and break/fix releases.
  • Familiarity with EDI X12, XML, DLMS, or other enterprise transaction formats is preferred.
  • AWS, Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, Microsoft, or comparable technical certification is preferred.
