As a Software Developer in this hybrid technical support role, you will engage with production systems for PerseusPay, quickly addressing critical issues for dealer clients. You will utilize your C# and SQL skills to investigate incidents, providing clear updates to customers while also working alongside engineering teams for long-term solutions. Your role is key to maintaining a seamless payment experience across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor payments and integrations during peak business hours
• Diagnose customer issues through technical analysis
• Author SQL queries and correlate logs for issue resolution
• Guide dealers on payment terminal and settlement queries
• Create and maintain runbooks for incident management
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in technical support or similar roles
• Strong understanding of C#/.NET with SQL capabilities
• Proven track record in troubleshooting production environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with dashboards and log analysis tools
