Primary Responsibilities:
Provide primary production support for a critical P1 application, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance
Actively monitor system health, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and outages with a focus on minimizing downtime
Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and DataDog to analyze logs, metrics, and traces for proactive issue detection and resolution
Collaborate with development teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes promptly
Maintain and enhance the application using strong development skills in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline support processes and improve operational efficiency
Manage and optimize containerized environments using Kubernetes, ensuring scalable and resilient deployment architectures
Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and deployment processes
Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to support cloud-based deployment and infrastructure management
Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical production issues
Document support procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and incident reports for knowledge sharing and future reference
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to continually improve application support and stability

User Responsibilities: Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on experience in production support and application development
Hands on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
Cloud platform experience, including deployment and infrastructure management
Experience working in high-pressure environments supporting critical applications
Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and automation
Proven well-versed in using monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and DataDog
Proven excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and documenting procedures
